Our Refund Policy

Thank you for investing in your professional skills and business practice with Dr. Amy’s products and services.

This policy was updated and is effective as of April 21, 2021.

You have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a refund. After day 30, payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program, regardless if you complete the program.

If you opted for a payment plan which disperses payments monthly, and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are responsible for providing the remaining payments of your payment plan.  If payment is not received, your account will be put on hold and access to the course and materials suspended until payment is received.  If payment is not received within 15 business days, we will consider your account cancelled.
